We waited by the gun counter for at least 10 min for help so we could take a look at a rifle, not only did multiple employees walk by us and ignore us, the manager did so also! I'm a local of Gig Harbor. This Big 5 has a decent selection but if you're a die hard of any sport go somewhere else for better quality. Service can be crappy so watch out!

What's not to love about Big 5? Good prices and good selection. It's a clean store with a polite staff, not much else really need to be said! If you don't know Big 5, shame on you!
