These guys are rude and completely beligerent when they talk to people. They keep on calling me for a paper I never signed up for and says I have to pay anyways. Are they crazy?

At first I thought they were a scam. Before I could even finish speaking I was told that they would not talk to me about the $24.00 they claim my mother-in-law owed for a paper she never received...
