This store is shit suck and over priced. I brought in my $1600 dirt jumper for them just to put on two new tires and they cant even figure how to get the front wheel off. And half of them were learning how to do shit on my bike like what the fuck is that about. Then they over tighten my chain. These ppl suck the whole store sucks bunch of overpriced shit.

I contacted 14 different bike shops asking for them to get back to me with quotes on different bikes that they thought might fit my needs (and I gave them measurements and details on the needs). Bicycle Village was the ONLY one that even replied. It's been very obvious to me that they focus on customer service.
