in all my years as a member i was appalled at comments made by one of the personal trainers, not to mention she was so busy texting that she was not paying attention to whom she was spoting. If cancer patients make you uneasy then don't train them. Ask on of your fellow trainers to do that. They would have more commpassion. Don't berate them for being sick. You can't catch it!!!!

In 2004 I signed a 2 yr contract to Golds Gym in Santa Maria California. It opened in 2005 and I did go there and worked out till I developed plantar facititis. I did not go as much but I always had hope. I lost my job in March of 2007 and I went into the gym on March 27 and cancelled my membership. These guys are shady and the gym sucks. Equipment is always broken, the child care is like a cave - all they do is put them in front of the tv - I would NOT recomend this gym to anyone!!
