The first yard, managed by Mr. McKnight's brother-in-law, William Dowd, was located in Beverly, Missouri on ground leased from the Humphrey Implement Co. A great lumber yard and hardware store. Friendly service every time I go. They are very helpful and reasonable pricing. Just wish they were open more hours and days.
