Will never! Use agian! Unprofessional doctor and staff!

I went in for a $1800 MRI....Doctor Fierstein wrote on the MRI that he didnt know what a certain part of the exam ment. I called and called to speak to him to find out what that "unkown" part was??? Otherwise why did i do the MRI in the first place? No reply, doctor was too busy to call me back. They send me a Bill for my unpaid insurance portion, when i called in again to talk to the doctor,...

My doctor ordered an MRI for me and he gave me a list of imaging centers that I could choose from. I called a couple and decided to choose Beverly Hills Imaging because they were so nice and helpful on the phone. They answered all of my questions and offered to arrange my transportation if I needed it. I was impressed with the customer service before I got there and even more impressed once I arrived. They gave me a quality, cloth robe to wear and explained the exam to me so I was very comfortable with the exam and the technologist, Vinnie. When I left the office my doctor already had...

They Validate! Who does that these days???
I was very impressed with the staff they are very thoughtful and kind. Lloyd is the tech there, he is so nice. I am very claustrophobic and he took time to make me feel as comfortable as possible, they even offered me Ativan to help relax me so I could get through my MRI with ease. They also provide transportation! It is a small out patient center so it feels very private and you will not be there waiting forever. What a great experience!\r
