I contacted this company in December of 2012 for repairing my less-than-a-year-old Bosch dishwasher, because it was showing an error code and did not clean my dishes. The repairman came out on December 5th and diagnosed that a new pump must be ordered, I was charged $89.95 for the service call. He came back on December 10th and installed the new pump and I had to pay another $109.22 for labor. ...

I spent $500+ on LG washing machine repair. Still not repaired. Basement flooding for 6 months. LG will not do anything and warranty just ran out. Betty's service was what I was recommended to use by LG. They don't know what they are doing. They kept replacing parts and my machine kept flooding. Now LG is trying to talk to them to see if they can get more information but Betty's doesn't keep...

This company is terrible and Maytag referred them. I had a technician come out to service my broken oven. After 45 minutes, he "claimed" I needed a new electronics boards and it would cost $150. The technician advised the part would take 2 weeks to arrive. The day the part was scheduled to arrive, I received a call from this place advising me they ordered the wrong part and the new part...

Awful company. Very bad way of doing business. The tech was at my place for 5 mins to fix my washer. He messed around with it for 5 mins and said there was nothing he could do, charged me $90 and left. My problem isn't that he couldn't fix it. It's that he charged me $90 for only 5 mins. I know what their policy is but that is not a good way to make happy customers and have people come...
