Dr. Suber messed up my Dysport. She charged me for a second consult fee, to come in and show her the problem she created. She was insincere and unapologetic. She shrugged her shoulders and said These things happen. Rude

If I could rate this a zero I would. I brought my 18 month old son in today who had cut his forehead open. They told me he'd need it glued shut and put us in a dirty room somewhere in the back where they left us for 2 hours. After asking them multiple times when they could get to us because he was bleeding a good bit, I finally just walked out. I took him down the road to kings daughters urgent...
