Good Doctor but unprofessional staff

I only continue to go to this practice because it is close to home and I like the Doctor. However, the staff is very unprofessional. I have watched them argue with clients over the phone and then make rude remarks after hanging up. Recently when I called to make an appointment, the girl answered the phone and did not even state the business name - just 'hello.' It is almost like they have never had a job in customer service before and are right out of high school because they really lack customer service and proper etiquette skills. If people have their number of... YP.com

If people have their number of the insurance card but not the card they still can not be seen. These people would let a four year old die because the insurance card is not in the parents possesion but they have the policy number. It is rediculous and uncalled for. And should not be practicing medicine.
