Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church is a comfortable, family-oriented. The church is also very involved in several ministries, including a food pantry that is open the second and fourth Wednesday of the month and a prison ministry that ministers at both men's and women's prisons. The church also has several choirs that perform at services throughout the month. In addition, the church serves as a site for the Burlington County Freeholders Nutrition program, offering breakfast and lunch from 9am to noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
