I have stayed here before and it was adequate. Seems to have gone down hill. I had stuff stolen in the parking lot and staff seemed unconcerned and couldn't even find the phone number for the police station. Rooms were ok but not as clean as I like. I had a delightful time at this Best Western. All of the staff members I met were very kind and courteous. Larry, the shuttle driver, offered to pick up and drive anywhere in Omaha free of charge.
