Hotel meet our needs. The price included two breakfasts and a cool saltwater pool. The only problems were we had a problem with tv reception in our room and the lobby area is separated from half the hotel. You would have to walk through an unheated hall way; a nice experience in the Maine winters.

We've stayed at most of the hotels/motels in the Waterville area and prefer to stay here whenever possible. Staff, facilities and breakfast is always fantastic. We usually travel with our dog and the staff is always willing to get us a nice quiet room in the quad which allows our dog to remain peaceful if/when we're out

Was what we needed after a day shopping . Room was clean beds where comfortable Staff was friendly .In room microwave and fridge.Despite looking cheep in room coffee maker made good coffe Breakfast was great We really enjoyed the large warm indoor pool .

Spent 3 nights and 4 days at this hotel for business, and the stay was fairly average for a mid - Maine Hotel. The service was good when I checked in, and I didn't have any issues with the room, or anyone at the hotel, but I will probably stay at the Hampton Inn across town next time. Nothing special...

We recently had an appointment in the area and stayed the night here. We used to stay at the Best Western across the street quite a bit but it is now a different name.
The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It has the cheapest coffee maker I have ever seen. You can go anywhere...
