Stayed at this location for special occasion. Platinum card holder Redeemed points for travel card to stay at a "Plus" facility. Poor decision as bedside carpet had toe nail clippings, no bathtub for my spouse only shower and a window that faces the outside hall covered by curtains-this room was to be an upgrade due to my request. The staff here is always helpful and welcoming. This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls and if you don't feel like venturing out there is a bar and grill on the property and you also have the free breakfast at the hotel to start your day.

For the price I paid for the 2 rooms I had to stay in, my room was for the handicapped and overall was in poor condition. Ants were living in my bather room and even though they wee killed by an insecticide, they were never cleaned up and did come back at a later date.

Price is higher than reasonable. Location good but driving to is confusing, more direction or instructions will help. Breakfast is average; prefer to lower price while take away the breakfast offered.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. I stay at this hotel at least 12 nights a month for business. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The staff are always there to help you out with anything that you may need. They also have a pretty great breakfast in the morning.
