I booked this hotel at $60/night. I've stayed at Best Westerns before and have never had anything but positive experiences. In Charleston, WV, however, the hotel was just poor. It was really dirty and did not smell pleasant. Won't be staying here again.
We used Best Westerns though out our whole trip to and from Florida and I have nothing but the best things to say about all of the ones we stayed in the staff were all very helpful and polite,. Thank you for such a great trip.

Hotel was definitely run down!! We had to change rooms 4 times for various reasons and then gave up!! Very noisy and bedding substandard! Breakfast buffet ok and from desk the people were friendly. No Maintenance employees on site! Don't waste your money!!
