The food here was OK. With all the Chinese options around this area though, it is not a standout.
The big problem is the service. The person on the phone when we called was sub par and a bit curt. We ordered early and requested delivery about 90 minutes later. With that much time, they were still 20 minutes late....

I have been coming here for 10 years and would definately recommend it. We live near by and frequent Best Kitchen often. Never disappointed because the food is always great, portions are huge & prices are reasonable.

This place really is the best Chinese food in West Islip. Everything is so tasty and the prices are pretty fair. The girl at the counter is super nice but the other guy who works there is kinda weird. Like to the point where I have to think about if I really want to stop in at times.
