I got a fantastic deal on a fantastic oven. Due to the shipping company's negligence it arrived with damage. And yet Rick from Best Kitchen went WAY beyond the call of duty, did a bunch of legwork and got me the replacement parts even when it was the shipping company's fault. Not many people follow through like this when they don't have to.
