recently i had my carpet taken up by best clean due to damage. the carpet was to be totally readey for the carpet layers so all they had to do is come in and lay the carpet. there was several peices of vinyal and peices of the back of the carpet still left on the concrete floor. my concern is that nothing was swept out and now my husband and i have to get the floor ready for the carpet layers...
