Bought an Acer Touchscreen chromebook, and half the cord was missing. When I brought it back it was a negative experience from the beginning. This store plain out sucks, the employees are misinformed and don't really care about giving you quality of service. Bait and switch operation.

After shopping around for a hew dishwasher in Thanksgiving I decided to purchase my dishwasher at Bestbuy because they offered a Thanksgiving promotion for free installation on dishwashers $399 and up. When I went to the store I was told that I getting a free install as advertised and I only have to purchase the installation kit for $30 which I did. Best but installation company arrived to my...

This is normal business practice.

Exactly what did Best Buy do wrong again? They don't manufactur appliances. The cord did not come from the factory for a reason. If that reason was an evil consumer manipulating upcharge, then calculate that into the overall cost of the appliance. Of course, you can always demand something for free and insist that the manufacturer should have included the cord in the box with the appliance....
