I had requested them to come out to give a quote on a pane of glass that needed replacement. the tech they sent tried to pull the wool over our eyes and stated that the entire window assy. Needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1000.00 to bad for them that i wasnt born yesterday, we called another company that replaced the pane for 130.00. ...

We're happy with the product, the relaxed shopping experience, & the friendly 1 hour installation.
