Terrible Geek Squad Service

I brought my customize computer in for a diagnostic last Friday, paid in advance $73.56 (mind you), and less than a day later (Sat. morning) they call for me to pick up my computer. Went to pick it up and the neophyte tech said that they don't know what the problem is other than it is bad mother board. The tech did not offer any thing else and told me to sign to have my computer release. I signed, wanted to take my needed computer to have another shop fix the problem. Since I am unemployed and need the computer to look for a job. I called EVGA, got the mother board replacement, several days later re-installed the computer and the same problem presence. Call BEST BUY's Geek Squad but they want to charge another fee for diagnostic, WTF! I took my computer to PC-Tech in Kenosha the same day my re-placement motherboard came from EVGA. I insisted PC-Tech to give me answer by tonight so I can ask BEST BUY for my refund. YES, PC-TECH delivery and they said it was a bad power supply. No way can BEST BUY diagnose anytime if they did not switch the power supply. Call BEST BUY, got the run around when I mention refund because the Geek Squad did not do anything. I politely told that I was unemployed, yes I was calm then. Talk to the tech Vance and waited 10 minutes to get the manager. Then another tech Chris, pose as the manager, explained everything all over again. Then he said no refund! I asked him if he was the manager, he said NO! What am I talking to you for, get the manager. Then after waiting again, not the manager but a supervise Tech came, and said he looked at my file and everything was done for you and NO REFUND. You guys could not and did not do anything. If there is no power to the computer and you don't know that it was the power supply causing the problem how can you run all the test that you said you did? NO REFUND! For those who shop at BEST BUY, me being one, this is mess up! To said the least! I learned my lesson not to goto Gaint Retail Service but local retail service who want to win your service. NO I DID NOT GET MY REFUND! Look at others' complaint at other best buy.
