It's been 16 days now and still no word from LG on when we are getting a new panel or a new TV!!!! My LG smart TV that was sold to me from Best Buy only lasted 6 months!! Don't buy LG, the manufacturer does NOT stand behind their products!!!! Shame on Best Buy for selling such a poor brand!!!

This store sucks..on thanksgiving they had customers to wait extra 2 hours before they started passing out vouchers and then they only passed out 10/15 50in tv vouchers knowing they had over 350 prople in line in the f...ing cold..this is ridiculous. I will never shop at another best buy and i am cutting my best buy credit card up..i hate best buy.the worst retail in the world

This place is the pits - the last 2 times I've been in there I haven't been able to get any help. No wonder the company is shutting down stores left and right.

Almost never has the right product in stock. Cell phone department has a constant line and is rarely helpful. Store has bad hours as well. If you want consumer electronics, walmart is right around the corner and if you want media, amazon and ebay are great alternatives. Watch out for store clerks trying to …
