Poor selection of computers and about the service levels you'd expect from a Best Buy. I had to end up going to the Davenport store to find the item I wanted.

That the two locations in the Quad City area are the worst stores I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. The Moline store(this is a true fact) never answers the phone. Out of 40 tries in the last 4 days I have never gone beyond the automated answering machine. The Davenport store is no better, I just did not call as many times. I am wheelchair handicapped and it is too hard and...
