The staff at best buy is less than competent. I personally refuse to purchase anything there anymore. If you know EXACTLY what you want, go there. But if your unsure of say, what HD TV to get when you walk in, the staff is not on commission, and is made up primarily of acne ridden teenagers that are not knowledgeable on their merchandise.

Best Buy is like one of the most trusting places to get a compter, dvd player, cd players, and cell phones. When i bring my father there we end up satying for a long long time.. lol the only thing i do not like about best buy would have to be the cds.. last time i went i had a list of 3 cds i was willing to purches and the workers told me they have never herd of those cds..??
