Good location near I475. Site is nice and good selection. The staff could be more attentive to the needs of the customer and be a little better trained on the technology side.

I was disappointed the find out Best Buy does no repairs on my tv i spent $3,000 on.
The man told me i was on m y own and i had to send it to Atlanta.
i was shooked of thre no care attitude and they do not belong to the Better Business Buraeu..
i will nover go bsck for they will not fix anythin gth they sell.l

In the past we have been great customers of Best Buy but not any more. After several issues we are done with this store. First they incorrectly activated our new iPhone and it caused probelms with our AT&T bill for months. Then we ordered an item on-line to pick up in the store. this best buy is a great place to shop,great workers who are all very nice and very helpful. i bought a computer there 2 weeks ago and they were great they helped me a great deal and were nice. they took the time out to go to find out if they had this lcd monitor in the back because there were none on the floor. the store was closing in ten min and they were still very nice not mean and cranky...
