We take advantage of their price matching all the time. We have a Best Buy Rewards card that is free and we get points for buying at Best Buy. However, that's where it stops. They have nice prices, nice electronics selection. However, you better hope you KNOW what you want before you go in there. They are not helpful, and you will literally have to hunt someone down and wait in line to ask a question. They really need to hire more help, especially around the computer sales area.

The Nicholasville Road Best Buy is typically the first place I turn to when in need of electronics or computer equipment. Their selection is unparalleled and while there were staff issues in the past, this has greatly improved in recent years. Now, typically, the staff is available, efficient and quite helpful.
