I bought a camera (cannon power shot 1100) a few months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. We took it back and exchanged it for another one to see if it was just that camera and still the same thing. When we went back again the camera sales clerk told my husband that he just didn't know how to take pictures and was not any help at all. My husband has been taking pictures for years....

At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Best Buy's Product Service plan is a waste of time. For over a month now I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my ipod replaced it has been replaced with refurbished ones each time. One was DOA and the other dies shortly after receiving it. If you do not have the time to spend atleast an hour with the geek squad then don't bother with the plan. Better yet go to Circuit...
