I hated the service nobody knew what they were doing and I had my laptop brought in and they told me it would take 4 - 7 days and I haven't had it for over 2 weeks and they haven't tried to contact me. When I did get it back all of my files were gone and my computer is so slow ads have to buffer it is so bad I will never take my business there ever again!!!

First off let me say I did not know they made Best Buys in mini versions. Holy kittens this place was tiny. As stated in another review, we were on a quest for a cord to run my laptop to an older hotel tv, so we could watch Netflix. Of course, I forgot the cord at home and it then opened up this little side trip for us. …
