I bought a new pc at best buy and also hired the Geek Squad to help me do an in-home data transfer and set up certain programs from my old PC. They sent Melvin who was amazing, invaluable, kind, and knowledgeable in every way. I could not have managed without him and I'm soooooo happy I used the Geek Squad despite some tepid reviews from friends.

I don't know why people still shop at Best Buy. Well, I only go to Best Buy when I happen to discover their price for something I want to buy is actually cheaper than Amazon. Pretty rare occurrence but when they have sales, it sometimes happens. Nothing special about this particular Best Buy.
