Shockingly the only Best Buy within a 30 mile radius. It's appropriately sized for the Ithaca/Tompkins County area, not large but comprehensive enough for the local market. This place needs to change their work climate. Some of employees and even the sales manager himself does not have appropriate manners. Some of the employees and one of the manager there are serprisingly rude and offensive.

My recommendation is before you go there, make sure you know what you are looking for and never go by there words, also do not buy any service plan there, they don't care at all after you buy the service program. They totally change their words.

Before you buy the program, they will say if there is any problem, they will replance with the new one, but onece you...
