So I am an employee of best buy, geeksquad to be exact.. I handle checking in the units for repair
Power cords get lost all the time.. We tell as many customers as possible to leave them at home, we have most of the ones we need.. if the customer brings it in, we use it to test but we attempt to always give it back to the customer, our service center WILL have the power cord needed... s**t.....
