Great experience I had here when I was forced to return the Microsoft Surface 3 that I bought at BestBuy.com. The Surface touchscreen was crashing frequently making it a bear to use to take notes...

I agree that It's always a different experience coming to this store.It's Best Buy, so it looks like pretty much like all the others.Prices are generally more expensive than other places....

absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.On the 2nd lap top 5th hard drive. After 3 hard drives in first we bought a more expensive one. Now we have to wait AGAIN for them to send out to replace 2nd hard drive in new lap top. The first time we got it back it did not work had to send in again. That'...s 2 repairs Now the 3rd and Kaleb the Mgr would not do anything but recite...
