I wish I saw these reviews first before buying anything from this store. I bought two products costing over $350, and I had nothing but problems. Within 4 months, one completely broke, and I actually had to go to a manufacture to exchange this product. Now the other product stopped working completely, …

No knowledgeable associates and they push the scam warranty when in actuality it starts after the manufacturer and if you can prove your device was in a accident they still have to send it out and no same day swap . Warranty is biggest scam and geek squad is hired at will with no certifications. Better off youtubing how to fix your device than trust geek squad.
