Wellllll. I was going to buy a 50" tv tonight. Have done loads of research and found an open box item at Best Buy in Fairfield. The guy helping me was helpful but they said they had nothing to put the tv in. No bubble wrap. He checked with a manager named John who said " it is what it is ". I said thanks, but maybe this isn't the time. Why do I expect polite service?
