I asked a staff to help me find a keyboard and the response was don't know and he turned his back and walked away! The least he could have done is call another staff to help me.
I love walking into best buy because they actually acknowledge you as a person as you enter the store. The employees are also very helpful if you need help finding cd's or whatever you are trying to find.
