I purchased a camera from BestBuy in August 2005. I was sold one of BestBuy infamous plans, and was told it was an accidental damage plan. In August 2006 I had a damage issue with the camera and BestBuy fixed it no problem. August 2007...it was like a different store!!! In an attempt to EXCHANGE a CD, after looking for the replacement as I waas told to do, I returned to the young woman at the Return counter. She told me that she spoke with the manager and he said she was unable to exchange the cd.
