In an attempt to EXCHANGE a CD, after looking for the replacement as I waas told to do, I returned to the young woman at the Return counter. She told me that she spoke with the manager and he said she was unable to exchange the cd.
I asked a young lady at returns to speak to the Manager Whom said that my defected $22 CD was not Manufacturers Error that it was user scratches...
