Called to see about bringing our dishwasher in for a quote to see what was wrong, and was told to contact GE for parts and if we had taken it to Ted's Appliance yet. Completely blown off.

Called after hours to schedule a repair, called next day first thing in the a.m. Scheduled apppointed for the afternoon, ordered part and reapaired the day that it came in.

Awesome job !!!! Overall can't say enough good things about this reapir service.
