Rolls under cooked. Ravioli overcooked. Mozzarella app burned. Would advise against recommended parmasean peppercorn dressing in goat cheese salad. For a national chain, Bertuccis(at least this one) provides reasonable pricing, tasty food, and really nice people becoming a neighborhood staple. My wife and I love the Friday Happy Hour where the drinks are generous and priced right, as well as a nice food selection(Pesto, bacon flatbread $3.00) which will fill you up. I visited as part of a nine-person family gathering, and the food was very good. I had the chicken marsala, which I've had at another Bertucci's, and it was first rate. However, two members of our group ordered salmon, which took about an extra 10 minutes to arrive. The hostess apologized and gave us a discount on our order.
