I agree with both reviews, plus I wanted to mention the hard rolls--steaming
hot from the oven , they are worth the trip here all by themselves!

As a chain, Bertucci's can always be counted upon to deliver
good food and fair service. The one in Herndon is no different.
The wood-fired ovens ad a very nice crisp texture to the pizza
crusts, although you my get the occasions burnt bit which is hardly
a reason to complain unless you are the delicate and pampered
sort. I stick to the pizzas for the most part, so I can't comment
on the other...

I have lunch here quite often. Why ? Well, the lunch menu has pizza
(of course), pasta and sandwiches to choose from. All of which
are very good. The sandwiches are what they call "Panini
Sandwiches. My current favorite, the Delicato, on either the
cheese bread or onion bread is excellent. The use of mixed greens
on their sandwiches and the fabulous bread and very good cheeses
used makes...
