This florist has an unstated policy that they will not deliver an order that is under $30 even though they had floral items that could be ordered for less than $30. How you could then receive such an item is a mystery. They refused to accept the online order I had placed (which had tacked on a hefty delivery charge) and wanted me to substitute a more expensive item. I think this is bad...
