i came to your store yesterday in coal city and purchased barbecue ribs for my supper last night.they were dry and hard to chew. it had to be sitting in your deli a long time.well, theres$7.99 wasted.

This store is very unorganized. Most of the managers are wonderful and very helpful. The store itself needs to focus on the things that are wrong with the store itself. Many items in the store are not in the computer correctly, and now it is necessary to call a manager to put in a price if it is not logged in or if the bar code is wrinkled and won't ring up. Very nice addition to our town.It is always clean and easy to maneuver in. Sale items are an extremely good deal and can't be matched by most major chains. Manager Dave is very hard working and very helpfulI. I see many people from other towns shopping at the Coal City store. For this I give it five stars. over priced never have anything in stock !!!!! why isn't their anything on the shelfs when the flyer comes out with all the sales that they are having go in the samw day all sold out why is that sounds so good but when you enter the store nothings there what a joke and the kids that they have working for them don't know anything no smile,no greeting, no thing from know one not a nice place...

I would love to go some where else to get food but the fact that berkots has become an monopoly in the area you are forced to go... And the employees are not happy about being bought out from IGA and gaining new managers from Berkots.
