Called several places and couldn't find the tire. Bergeys called around, located the tire and got it in shop. While waiting for my repair Don V. OFFERED half his lunch!! Talk about customer service!!!!

Express lane sucks. They say in and out 30 min max and you end up being here for over 2 hours for just an oil change (however I imagine they rebuilt my car since it took forever). I usually like them but this is ridiculous. Glad I spent my day off sitting in Bergeys waiting area will deff never come back for their service or recommend anyone to them.

What an easy way to buy tires! Got a call as soon as Bergey's received my order from tirebuyer.com and fit me in within a few days. Gave me an good time estimate and was friendly to work with! Would happily use Bergey's and tirebuyer.com again and recommend both!

Just had tires installed on our Scion xD at Bergey's Tire in New Berlinville, PA. Quick quote and ordering through emails with Earl J. Moyer. Installation was easy - we dropped the car off and it was ready within a few hours. Simply a pleasure to deal with and none of the "hype" with those box store tire dealers.
