I really enjoy coming to the dentist now that I started coming to Dr. Berg. The office is great, TVs in each patient room, it really relaxes the mood. Dr. Berg is great and the staff is friendly and professional. After going to a few dentists over the years this is my favorite so far.

I've had braces & gone to different dentists my whole life. Berg was BY FAR the worst dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Roham filled 2 cavities & less than one week later I noticed a hole in one of the teeth he fixed & severe sensitivity in the hole. I notified them & they took another set of film in that quadrant & one of the owners Dr. D' Giovani informed me that he would fix it free of charge. I was scheduling the repair & the receptionist informed me that I had $26 due for the visit. I asked why & she said it was for the film they had taken. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for film on a tooth that I already paid to be fixed. She consulted the Dr. & did not charge me. The first snow storm of the year struck the night before my appointment & I was 13 minutes late as a result. I called to inform them but they refused to see me citing the Dr. wouldn't have enough time to fix the tooth. They tacked on $55 no show fee onto my account.
Dont ever use this facility. They told me that my insurance company would pay for a lot of treatment and they ended up paying very little. Always get a predetermination from the insurance company. The periodontist, Dr. Bradley Phillips, charged me for unneccesary treatment. The office threatened me with a bill collection agency if I didnt pay everything. All they want to do is make a buck.
Such a great staff, they take their time to explain everything from the procedure to keeping everything cleaned. Love coming here!
I go for checkup every six months. They make the visits pain free and very comfortable. Not to mention they are very informative, I get a better picture of my dental health.
I had to have work done and I was told to plan on being there for over 3 hours. I was so nervous but everything went incredibly easy and smooth. Amazing staff, thank you all for keeping me so comfortable and relaxed. It was a nice visit, surprisingly!
The dentist schedule for my appointment was not available and a different dentist took his place. She was far too clinical and distant. I did not perceive that she had much confidence in her diagnoses.My hygienist, however, was great.
