to say your service sucks is an understatement always inconsistent.but I guess you guys can get away with it since you have a monopoly on the waste management in this townnot that you guys are going to go broke anytime soon but you guys need to straighten up in your customer service

We had excellent customer service, expert diagnosis of our septic problem and prompt competent attention to our need. Couldn't say enough in praise of this service, very thankful for this company.

Prepare to be possibly charged for your trash can when you cancel service. It's a your word against theirs type of deal regarding "oh your trash can wasnt there when we went to retrieve it, you must have kept it", sorry I cant help you. WOW thanks!

First my photo is how they left my trash can. The mat supposedly got hung up on the dumpster.I called the California City and Tehachapi office to see what the deal is. Cal City said that they spoke to the driver and the driver said it got hung up so he left it like that. That I should cut it up so it doesnt get "hung up" on the dumpster. The mat folds up and was put in the dumpster folded up....
