Contacted them for a estimate and Fred came out, sat down with me and was VERY informative as to what they would do, the cost and what to expect. He was very honest and straight forward and sold me on his company. Had a new roof with in the week. Very professional, hard workers, quick, very impressive. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I had an immediate need to get someone to fix my leaking roof. I called Benton Roofing at noontime to speak to Jim the manager and I had to leave a message with their ""answering service"" (which I did). I didn't get a call back until a day and a half later and when they called it was a lady ""someone else other than Jim"". The lady told me on a Thursday that I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come. (Keeping in mind that my roof had been and continued to leak) Tuesday morning came and when I called to confirm, the lady...
