I remember Bennett's work in the 2006 NBA Finals. Given that he officiated with no integrity, how can I trust him to prepare my steak?If Dick Bavetta had a steakhouse, I would poop on the floor.

We went last night for Valentines Dinner. It was not a very good experience. First off, they sat us upstairs in their overflow room - it bearely felt like we were at a first class restaurant and didn't really give us the feel of being at Bennetts at all. Let me tell you about this place!!! Food was to die for and I got to meet some WWF Superstars, other than that don't go and waste your time! Service stunk and the bar tender was three sheets to the wind.

Fresh fish, lobster, and aged prime beef keep Stamford locals coming back to Bennett's. Although this steak and fish house features a simple décor, the food is anything but bland. Bennett's is basically a meat and potatoes-type eatery, and the menu features a classic Porterhouse. The restaurant's regular clientele add to the ambience, and the waitstaff is attentive.
