Ben Franklin won't tell you the rate before they have charged you for the call, then it's $500 for what independent contractors charge less than $200 for. After they pulled my toilet to remove a kitty litter clog, it started leaking... And wouldn't you know it, that was my fault, too. Now, I have to replace the floor in my bathroom.
