Repaired 2 toilets in 30 minutes and charged $480. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. They initially quoted $550 but came down in price when I told them it was a ridiculous price. This is handy-man work, not brain surgery. Don't use this plumber unless you enjoy being totally ripped off.

Right out of the box......I was told on the phone that there was never a service charge for a tech to show up and assess the repair. The guy showed up (the reason for any ratings star), came into the garage, and the very 1st thing the tech said was something about the $150 service charge. I have registered a complaint with SC Consumer's Affairs because
I feel I have been severely over charged for service. Parts to replace
3 water measuring devices for toilet tanks, w/clappers, are a total of
$15.97 each tank, I was charged a total of over $500 to replace these
parts (it took 2 hours with breaks for service person personal phone calls) .

They are the worst!! The fact that you have them on here makes me question your service. They came out and when showed them the exact pipe that busted and exactly where then in the end billing the charged us hundreds for " discovering the problem" then charged us twice as much for the work. I went to complain and when I came into their office they were in another office and didn't hear me come...
