Kevin did a wonderful job, he made sure i got the right parts and installed them for me. Kevin has a great attitude and a friendly smile, he made me feel confident that the problem was fixed. I will be calling ben franklin and asking for Kevin when I need help.

Very pleased with the service. Very professional and pleasant. Problems were fixed. Pleased with how quickly they were able to come. Price seemed a little high to me, but glad for the resolution of the problems.
