Being in the food industry, the most important thing for me is the quality of the meat that I buy. Recently I purchased some product from here and was pleased with my purchase. The meat was extremely fresh, and tasted delicious. I also feel that this butcher shop charges a fair price for their meat.

Worst butcher shop ever. The owner attempts to present herself as knowledgeable; but doesn't come off as such to any but the uninformed. The meats aren't quality enough to command the prices they are selling them at.
