The scenery around the complex is very nice. There is a lake and at night it's absolutely beautiful. However if you have an issue maintenance takes their time to get the job job done. They come whenever and are not so friendly. The don't don't keep the stairs clear. There are sooooo many spider webs it's ridiculous. I moved here from Alabama and of course the cost of living is much higher. I think its just too much for rent. The master bedroom is pretty big but the rest of the apartment just seems to run together. Not enough space in my opinion. Kitchen space could be a little bigger. What would you do if you're trying to go to work, you walk out to your car, and your car is gone? was it stolen, or was it just towed away by pen su towing company for not having a pass or a stupid sticker? and bugs? they're everywhere. They don't even pay rent. I highly don't recommend living here. If it wasn't for the bogus lease agreement i would've already moved out.
